Get a Quote

Lock In a Date
Once you're happy with the quote, The team'll book a start date that works for you. Most jobs start within 1-2 weeks. The team'll confirm everything the day before.
Sanding Day
The team arrive on time with dust extraction running. The floor gets taken back to clean, raw timber -- belt sander, edger, then orbital for a smooth finish.
Finishing
Gap filling, then one seal coat and two top coats of Bona polyurethane. Water-based or solvent-based depending on what suits your floor and your home. Each coat dries before the next goes on.
Walk on It
Floors are walkable in socks after 24 hours. Full cure takes 7 days -- no rugs, no heavy furniture until then. The team'll leave you with care instructions so the finish lasts.
